Eric Bean is a Partner with the firm. He began his career as a briefing attorney to Justice Marc Brown on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals. He has been at Dinkins Kelly since 2016. His practice focuses on estate planning and probate law with an emphasis on trust, estate, and guardianship administration and disputes. Mr. Bean is certified and eligible to be appointed as an attorney for an applicant for guardianship and a court-appointed attorney in guardianship proceedings, including an attorney ad litem. He has served as a court-appointed attorney ad litem in heirship proceedings and as a court-appointed administrator. He occasionally writes about legal issues and developments in probate and trust law in his newsletter, It’s Just Simple Probate Law.
